Conscious Not Crazy by Kori

What if you could stop hearing yourself say the things you swore you'd never say — in just 6 weeks?

Introducing Conscious Not Crazy — the practical, 6-week parenting course for growth-minded parents who want to lead their family with composure, connection, and confidence (instead of reacting and apologizing later).

Self-paced video lessons · Lifetime access · 14-day Better-Not-Perfect promise

Sound familiar?

You're not a bad parent. You're a tired, triggered, overworked human doing one of the hardest jobs on earth without a script.

You meant to stay calm. Then 7:42pm happened.

You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, even saved that one Instagram reel three times. And you're still the one yelling about the toothbrush.

You swore you'd never sound like that. But today, you did. Again.

You can lead a team of 20 at work. But the 8-year-old in your kitchen still has you completely undone by lunchtime.

You're tired of the apologize-revert-repeat cycle. You want a different way — not more guilt.

The problem isn't your love for your kids. It's that nobody handed you the tools.

Real talk.

I'll tell you what most parenting experts won't: my biggest breakthrough as a mom didn't come from a parenting book.

It came from leadership work. The same self-leadership tools I'd been teaching sales teams and executives under pressure? Turns out they work even better at 6:47 a.m. on a Tuesday when nobody can find their shoes.

"My kids didn't need me to be a better parent. They needed me to be a better leader of myself first."

I've spent 20+ years leading sales teams, training educators, coaching parents, and speaking to organizations about what actually changes behavior — not just inspires it. I've taught these tools to thousands of parents, leaders, and educators who are done reacting and ready to lead.

This isn't a parenting philosophy. It's practical human-skills training for the moments that matter most — at the dinner table, in the carpool line, at 9:47pm when you have nothing left.

Most parenting programs give you philosophy.
Conscious Not Crazy gives you scripts.

Six threads. Six weeks. One framework you can actually use in the moment.

Other parenting programs

  • — Theory and philosophy
  • — Generic "be more present" advice
  • — One-size-fits-all rules
  • — Tools that work in theory, not at bedtime
  • — Shame-based "what you should do"

Conscious Not Crazy

  • — Real scripts for real moments
  • — The THREADs Framework — 6 connected threads
  • — Tools rooted in leadership behavior science
  • — Better, Not Perfect™ — progress over polish
  • — "Lead yourself first" — it starts with you

Is this for you?

The Overwhelmed Parent

😮‍💨

You're tired of reacting. You want practical scripts you can use without rewiring your entire personality. CNC gives you exactly that — phrases, frameworks, and tools you can use tonight.

The "Why am I still yelling?" Parent

🪞

You know better. You've read the books. And you're still surprising yourself with the volume. This course meets you exactly there — no shame, just the next right step.

The Educator-Parent

📚

You parent at home and lead a classroom. You need tools that work in both rooms. CNC is built on the same leadership behavior science used in corporate training.

The Co-Parenting Couple

💞

You and your partner are on different pages — or different planets. CNC gives you a shared language and framework so you can stop debating and start aligning.

The Already-Working-On-It Parent

🌱

You've done the work. You're conscious. But you still want the framework that ties it all together. CNC is the system you've been quietly piecing together yourself.

The Leader at Work, Lost at Home

👔

You can lead a team, run a meeting, close a deal. But your teen? Different game entirely. CNC bridges those two worlds — whole-person leadership in every room.

Hi, I'm Kori.

I'm a keynote speaker, leadership coach, and the author of The Business of Parenting. I've spent 20+ years leading sales teams, training educators, and coaching parents on the same thing: how to lead yourself first, so you can show up the way you actually want to — at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

I created Conscious Not Crazy because I lived the gap. I was leading rooms full of executives by day and losing my patience over spilled cereal by 7am. It wasn't a parenting problem. It was a self-leadership problem. Once I built the framework, everything changed — in my home and in the homes of every parent I've taught it to since.

This is the course I wish someone had handed me on the day I became a parent. I'm so glad you're here.

— Kori

Questions parents always ask

How much time will this actually take?

Each module is a 45-minute video lesson plus an optional 10-minute workbook section. Most parents do one module a week on a lunch break, during a commute, or after the kids go to bed. The whole course is designed to fit into the life you already have — not add to it.

What ages of kids is this for?

All of them. The CNC framework is built on universal human-behavior principles — they apply to toddlers, tweens, teens, and even your own inner kid. Parents have completed CNC with 2-year-olds and 17-year-olds in the same household.

My partner won't watch the videos. Will it still work?

Yes. The premise of CNC is that the change starts with you, not them. Most parents report that once they start showing up differently, their partner notices and gets curious. Some join. Some don't. Either way, your kids feel the difference because of you.

I'm not really a "parenting course" person. Is this preachy?

No. This isn't gentle parenting vs. authoritative parenting vs. any other camp. It's behavioral leadership applied at home. If you've ever rolled your eyes at a parenting book, this one was made for you.

How fast will I see results?

Most parents notice a shift in their own composure within the first week — before their kids change anything. Visible behavior shifts in the home typically show up between weeks 3 and 6. The deeper relational changes compound over months.

What if I'm already a "good parent"? Will this still help?

If you're growth-minded enough to be reading this far, yes. CNC isn't for parents who are failing — it's for parents who want a framework that connects what they're already doing intuitively.

Is this a religious or political parenting program?

No. CNC is built on behavioral science, leadership principles, and Kori's framework — not a particular ideology. Parents of every background, faith, and family structure have used it.

What if I buy it and don't love it?
